Your information

Privacy at Taiega

Taiega uses the information needed to schedule and manage meetings. This notice explains the main data flows and the controls available to you.

Information Taiega handles

Account information includes your verified email, name, time zone, language, availability preferences, and the settings you choose to provide.

Meeting information can include titles, descriptions, invitee addresses, proposed or confirmed times, responses, messages, files, joining details, and delivery history.

  • Calendar providers may return free/busy information and identifiers needed to create or update events.
  • Conference providers return room identifiers and joining details.
  • Basic technical records help protect accounts, diagnose failures, and prevent duplicate operations.

How information is used

Taiega uses this information to authenticate users, calculate availability across time zones, send invitations and reminders, synchronize connected services, support rescheduling and cancellation, and show reliable delivery and response status.

Providers and sharing

Information is shared with the people included in a meeting and with the calendar, conferencing, email, hosting, and storage providers needed to perform the actions you request. Taiega does not sell personal information or use meeting content for targeted advertising.

Retention and control

Meeting and account records are retained while needed to provide the service, preserve requested meeting history, meet security obligations, and resolve delivery failures. You can update account data, download a private JSON export, or permanently remove your account from Account security. Removal revokes connected-provider credentials and anonymizes retained shared history.

Contact

Questions or privacy requests can be sent to privacy@taiega.com. Include the verified email connected to your account; never send your password, access token, or full conference credential.
