Service agreement
Terms of use
These terms describe the rules for using Taiega’s scheduling service.
Using Taiega
You may use Taiega to create, deliver, accept, reschedule, and cancel legitimate meetings. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having authority to contact invitees and connect third-party accounts.
Accounts and access
Keep your credentials private and notify Support if you believe an account or invitation link has been compromised. Taiega may restrict access to protect users, comply with law, or stop misuse. Accountless guest access is limited to the meeting or booking flow authorized by its secure link and verification step.
Acceptable use
Do not use Taiega to send spam, impersonate others, distribute malware, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or collect sensitive information without a lawful reason and appropriate safeguards.
Connected services
Calendar, email, and conferencing providers operate under their own terms. Their availability can affect synchronization or delivery. Taiega records and presents provider state where possible, but cannot control a provider’s independent service.
Service changes
Taiega may change features to improve reliability, security, or usability. Material changes to these terms will be reflected here with an updated date. Contact legal@taiega.com with questions about these terms.
